Challenge
Adultshop’s existing Magento infrastructure was expensive to maintain, hard to scale, and increasingly limiting across operations, marketing, and customer experience. Core challenges included:
  • Disconnected tech stack across POS, ecommerce, ERP, and inventory
  • Manual processes and poor data visibility
  • Inflexible site architecture, slow load times
  • Poor mobile UX that limited conversions

New Shopify Plus Ecosystem

We led the migration from Magento to Shopify Plus, designing a tech stack that lowered costs and increased performance. Built on a modern theme, the new site delivers improved mobile UX, faster load times, clearer product navigation, and integrated merchandising and content strategies aligned with the brand’s positioning.

Integrated Data & System Architecture

We architected a connected system integrating Shopify, MYOB Advanced, Klaviyo, and Adultshop’s internal inventory and warehouse management tools. To streamline operations, we implemented an Airtable-driven inventory interface that automated key workflows and unified customer and sales data. This integration layer reduced manual effort, improved operational visibility, and established a scalable foundation for marketing automation, reporting, and customer support.
