Challenge
Dull Co. set out to disrupt the mobile accessories category with a brand that’s anything but dull, vibrant, cheeky, and community-minded. But with no existing ecommerce infrastructure, the challenge was to rapidly design and launch a bold Shopify store that could serve two distinct audiences, retail customers and reseller partners.
The brief was clear, launch a “Most Lovable Product” version of the site, fast, fun, and functional. The platform needed to support both B2C ecommerce and B2B lead generation, while also laying the foundation for future growth.
Solution
We delivered a clean, mobile-first Shopify store that brought the Dull Co. brand to life. The site was designed to hero the products and reflect the company’s playful tone while making it easy for resellers and consumers to take action from buying online to submitting enquiries or warranty claims.

Bold Brand Integration

We designed around Dull Co.’s vibrant visual identity using a black canvas with vivid highlight colours to guide users and express the brand’s personality. Fonts, colours, and layout were all chosen to create a consistent, ownable look that is anything but boring.

Email & Lead Capture

We implemented Klaviyo-powered forms for newsletter signups and lead capture, along with email flows for welcome journeys and brand storytelling.
